Frequently Asked Questions

 The first 30Kms of travel are free. For every km after that Travel fees will be calculated at a rate of $0.80 per km of return travel.

We will aim to have delivered to you within 14 business days.

A 30% Deposits is required to secure your event date, the remaining balance can be paid Via cash, EFT or bank transfer on the day of the event.

A deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 14 days before the event, if You cancel 7 days before the event you will be refunded half the deposit paid.

If you cancel within 7 days of the event the deposit is non-refundable.

(Compassionate grounds will be looked at on an individual case basis but its up to our company’s discretion).

  We might share some of the photos taken from our sessions from time to time on our website or social media accounts. If you don't want your images shared, please email us in writing once the booking is secured.

 We will endeavour to capture every moment in your event for a family, couples, proposals or maternity photo shoot you can expect to get about15-30 high resolution photos per shoot. As for larger events you can expect 80 or more photos depending on the nature and duration of your event.
